Koji, yeast, and lactic acid bacteria, all of which are indispensable in sake brewing, create materials that are beneficial to your skin during fermentation process interacting each other. To get the most out of it, we have spared no effort in selecting our ingredients. Fukumitsuya has been contract-farming sake rice for sixty years and growing organic rice for the last fifteen. Sake rice is the linchpin of sake brewing. To make FRENAVA natural & organic a reality, we have developped four original components, all of which use 100% organically farmed rice: organic Fermented Rice Solution ^*1organic sake lees powder ^*2organic sake lees extract ^*3organic sake lees oil ^*4 . and also developed a sake yeast extract extracted from our original sake yeast using eco-cert glycerin as a solvent ^*5.

Five new original ingredients

Organic Fermented Rice Solution^*1
Contains twenty natural amino acids. The solution is non-alcoholic, and its amino acid content is over two times that of conventional Fermented Rice Solution. Moistens the skin.

Organic sake lees powder^*2
We developped the non-alcoholic powder with our organic sake lees. It's the first component in Japan ^*6, It is a strong anti-oxidant, and high in dietary fiber.

Organic sake lees extract^*3
This extract is extracted from organic junmai sake lees powder using organic glycerin as a solvent. Thanks to its strong anti-oxidizing properties, it can be expected to have beneficial aging care effects as well.

Organic sake lees oil^*4
This oil is extracted from the organic sake lees powder using the squalene as a solvent. Contains natural human ceramide derived from rice fermentation.

Sake yeast extract^*5
This extract is extracted from our original sake yeast using eco-cert glycerin as a solvent. Contains balanced and plentiful beautifying ingredients derived from yeast.

Two original ingredients made from wild kuromoji – the bounty of sacred Mt. Hakusan

Kuromoji distilled water^*7
This aromatic distilled water is extracted by steam distillation method using freshwater from the foot of Mt. Hakusan. It has both moisturizing and cleansing properties.

Kuromoji essential oil^*8
This essential oil is extracted by steam distillation method using freshwater from the foot of Mt. Hakusan. The linalool-rich essential oil refreshes the mind and body.

FRENAVA Emollient Oil

FRENAVA Emollient Cream

Formulated with water-soluble organic sake lees extract and oil-soluble organic sake lees oil. It will work for the intracelular lipid which is constructed with the water-layer and the oil-layer.
