FERMENTED RICE MILK

FERMENTED RICE MILK

What is Rice Milk?

Milk-like beverage made from a rice base. This drink has garnered attention from a variety of health-conscious communities, starting in Europe and North America with the growing proportion of vegetarians in those regions, and in Japan among health-conscious consumers, those with food allergies, lactose-intolerant consumers, and vegans (those who subscribe to fully plant-based diets).

No allergen*1, healthy and delicious

Fermented Rice Milk is an allergen-free*1 fermented drink made with carefully-selected contract-farmed rice and “one-hundred-year-old water” which spends 100 years slowly filtering through deep underground from the foot of the sacred Mt. Hakusan. Using our in-house expertise, we have created a drink with both a delicate flavor and a smooth texture. Passed certification by the Japan Vegan Society.
