Mizuho

Mizuho is a very elegant sake made from the highest quality ingredients. Specially selected Yamada Nishiki, the highest quality sake rice, is polished carefully and brewed with our famous "One-hundred-year-old underground spring water" in the most sophisticated craftsmanship available at the brewery.

Momotose

Hatsugokoro

The premium Daiginjo using the selected Yamada -Nishiki sake rice brewed in the honored tradit ional process called "Yamahai". A special brew ing process and low-temperature storage allow f or a precious taste.

We first started to work on aging sake in 1959. Currently, our aged sakes, which possess different characteristics according to rice type, rice polishing ratio, storage method, storing temperature and aging period, are cellared at the aging warehouse. We make these rare and limited-quantity sakes available under the brand name gFrom the Cellar.h A whole new taste experience will await you.

Kuroobi

Born in Kanazawa, the city of connoisseurs of sake and food. Brewed with two different types of sake rice, Yamada Nishiki and Kinmon Nishiki, and aged to bring out its superb quality that has been highly praised by sake drinkers. Kuroobi has a symphony of different flavors that will please you when chilled or warmed.

Kagatobi

Once upon a time "Kagatobi" was a group of firefighters working under the Kaga lords in Edo. Tough and powerful, highly skilled but short-tempered. In traditional firefighter's jackets "Hanten" with the trademark of thundercloud, they were known as "Cool" firefighters, and always popular among people in Edo. Kagatobi is named after such powerful and "cool" firefiters. Its wide varieties of tastes will gratify your many demands on sake flavors.

Kyoka

Kyoka is named after Izumi Kyoka (b.1873-d.1939), the great Japanese novelist from Kanazawa. Kyoka is not an ordinary type of sake. It has lower alcohol content, and pairs well with food. Please enjoy Kyoka in different scenes and dining experiences. It will lighten up the table.

KazeyoMizuyoHitoyo

Brewed with our original yeast, Kazeyo Mizuyo Hitoyo has a very fresh flavor. It drinks well on its own, and matches almost any dishes of different cuisines. Also great for sake beginners.

Fukumasamune

Fukumasamune was always there with Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery. It is Fukumitsuya's history itself. Having long been loved by people of Kanazawa, Fukumasamune has always added enjoyment to the people. Traditional but modern, Fukumasamune is evolving into a sake of the future.

Dominique Bouchet

Mr. Dominique Bouchet who has excellent careers as a head chef at Michelin starred restaurants. In 2007, he launched his restaurant and Wa-bi Salon in Paris. For his project, we collaborated to develop his original sakes that can be integrated into French cuisine.

Ejanon Omborato

It is stored in the special system where the new distilled sake is added into the sake tank that has former distilled sake. It started in 1990 because the supply of Ejanon Omborato in one season is limited. Rounded taste of mature distilled sake.

Omborato

"Omborato" means "Please feel comfortable" in Kanazawa dialect. Based on distilled sake four flavors are added. Please feel comfortable enjoying Omborato
