SAKAGURA NO MIZU
Our sake is brewed with Hyakunensui, one-hundred-year-old water in English. The water originally fell as rain and snow to the foot of the Mt. Hakusan. Slowly filtering through deep underground, it spends at least 100 years to reach our location. It contains abundant minerals that are necessary for fermentation.
ZERO NO SHIZUKU
Our orignal method “Triple Zero Fermentation” make it possible non-alcoholic rice fermentation bevarage. Made with domestically produced sake rice and pursued natural deliciousness and Umami of rice. Additive-free.
