Mr. Dominique Bouchet who has excellent careers as a head chef at Michelin starred restaurants. In 2007, he launched his restaurant and Wa-bi Salon in Paris. For his project, we collaborated to develop his original sakes that can be integrated into French cuisine.

Brewed from the high-quality sake rice. Undiluted sake with a prominent fragrance and rich flavor. Goes well with Carpaccio.

Brewed in an honored traditional process called Yamahai. Elegant rice flavor with a clean finish. Goes well with Foie gras.

Features the rich flavor of citric acid. Pair well with various foods.
